Preparing for Primary School — and Beyond

Senior Preschool is the capstone of early learning at Radiant Wisdom. At this stage, children are ready to refine the skills and habits that ensure a smooth, confident transition into primary school. Our program is designed to balance academic preparation with leadership, independence, and social maturity.

What Your Child Will Achieve

In Senior Preschool, your child will:

  • Strengthen literacy foundations through early reading, writing, comprehension, and enriched vocabulary.

  • Advance in numeracy with number sense, basic operations, measurement, and problem-solving activities.

  • Lead inquiry projects—investigating topics, asking questions, and presenting findings with confidence.

  • Grow as leaders: taking initiative, guiding peers, and contributing meaningfully to group work.

  • Demonstrate independence in routines, decision-making, and responsibility for themselves and their environment.

Teaching With Purpose & Progress

We approach Senior Preschool with clear, measurable goals:

  • Teachers deliver structured lessons alongside discovery-based projects that encourage initiative and ownership.

  • Classrooms are equipped with intentional learning zones for literacy, math, science, art, and collaboration.

  • Progress is carefully observed and documented, with regular communication to families so parents see growth at every stage.

Why Senior Preschool at Radiant Wisdom

  • Proven track record: Most of our graduates go on to be admitted to Aruba’s leading primary schools, where they continue to excel academically and socially.

  • Academic readiness: Literacy, numeracy, and inquiry skills are built into daily learning, ensuring a strong foundation.

  • Educators with expertise: Our teachers draw from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf as tools, not as identity, adapting methods to fit each child’s needs.

  • Leadership & character: Children leave us not only ready for school, but ready to thrive as curious, confident, and responsible learners.
